How do I place an order?
Browse products, add items to cart, and proceed to checkout. Complete payment using available payment options. You will receive an order confirmation after successful payment.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can browse without an account. You may need to create an account to place orders, track shipments, and manage returns.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support online payments through debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other third-party payment gateways. Cash on Delivery may be available for select orders.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order before it is shipped or processed. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed. You can use the return process after delivery if eligible.
